Niger Delta Militants

In what seems like a threat and resurgence of hostilities after tranquillity, the Coalition of Niger Delta Agitators (CNDA), warned the Federal Government to heed several calls for the restructuring of the country. The militants threatened to tamper with oil facilities and installations including viable strategic interests to the detriment of the nation’s economy.

One of the coalition leaders called General John Duku, revealed that the action became necessary following series of democratic infractions perpetrated by the federal government and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) that made restructuring one of its core mandates before controlling helms of affairs.

Dakuku highlighted contraventions to include alleged persistent hounding of perceived political opponents and seizure of accounts by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Also attacks of some states by Myetti Allah that is enjoying freedom despite wanton killings and destruction of lives with properties by the herders union.
